    Ordered double chocolate cookies that the cashier assured were made fresh daily. Tried to bite into it and it was hard as a brick. Bought it back up to the cashier and was supposedly given a fresh one. It was warm and soft just in the middle of the cookie. All other areas were again hard as a brick!
